CRUISE: Genoa/Palermo/Genoa - FIT Groups

01 DAY: Genoa. Arrival in the harbor of Genoa. In the evening, boarding the ship “Grandi Navi Veloci”. The crossing will last about 20 hours.

02 DAY: Genoa – Palermo. You can enjoy your free time on board. At guests’ disposal there are: bars, swimming-pool, piano bar, restaurant, disco, lounge, lift, etc. Arrival in the harbor of Palermo in the evening. Departure to the hotel in Palermo or surroundings with your own coach. Accommodation at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

03 DAY: Palermo – Monreale. After breakfast full day guided visit. In the morning visit to Palermo with: the Norman Palace with the Palatine Chapel. In the afternoon visit to Monreale with its Cathedral. Return to hotel. Dinner and overnight.

04 DAY: Segesta - Selinunte – Agrigento. After breakfast, departure to Segesta with a visit to the splendid Doric Temple and the beautiful theatre. In the afternoon, the tour goes on with a guided visit to Selinunte, the Temples and the Acropolis. The journey continues to Agrigento. Accommodation in a hotel located in Agrigento or surroundings. Dinner and overnight.

05 DAY: Valley of the Temples - Piazza Armerina. After breakfast, departure for a half-day sightseeing of Valley of the Temples with local guide. In the afternoon, as an optional, visit to Piazza Armerina with Villa del Casale. The journey continues to Catania. Accommodation in a hotel situated in Catania or surroundings. Dinner and overnight.

06 DAY: Etna – Taormina. After breakfast, excursion to the Volcano Etna at 1.900m of altitude. Optional jeep and cablecar to the crater. Back to Taormina and in the afternoon a visit to this beautiful seaside resort and the Greek Theatre. Return to the hotel in Catania or surroundings. Dinner and overnight.

07 DAY: Palermo – Cefalù. After breakfast, departure to the seaside resort Cefalù. Free time. In the evening arrival in the harbour of Palermo, where you will re-board on the ship.

08 DAY: Palermo - Genoa. A day to relax and to enjoy the ship facilities. Arrival in Genoa, late in the afternoon.

Accommodation:

Groups of adults are accommodated in double rooms and in few single rooms (against a supplement). All rooms have private bathrooms. Half board includes breakfast, dinner and overnight stay. Full board includes breakfast, lunch in hotel or in a restaurant for groups of adults and package lunch for groups of students, dinner and overnight stay. Hotels usually serve continental breakfast. Breakfast buffets are also available on request and against payment of an extra charge. Note: some hotels do not have a restaurant service. In this case meals will be served in a nearby restaurant.

Hotel services:

In case of requests for services outside of the hotel reservation, such as city access fees and monuments entries, a booking fee of € 25,00 will be applied.
