How to find your driver. Once you have collected your luggage, your driver will be waiting outside the arrival hall holding a sign with your name on it. Please identify yourself by showing him a copy of your booking voucher. If you have difficulty locating your designated driver, please dial the hotline support services specified in the voucher, where an English-speaking representative will help you. (The international code must be dialed if calling from a mobile or landline.)

Mingle with other guests at the complimentary reception, held daily. Relax with a refreshing drink at the beach bar, the poolside bar, or one of 3 bars/lounges. Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM for a fee.
